Steel Wallet Card Engraved with Your Logo and Message

A bank-card-sized stainless steel card engraved with your logo and a message of thanks on the front, and each person's name on the back. It slips into any wallet next to their bank cards, so it lasts far longer than a paper card. Bulk prices

No setup or logo fee. Every card can carry a different name at no extra cost. Choose the order size above; for quantities in between, or 250 or more, ask for a bulk quote.

Corporate and bulk orders

• A VAT invoice comes with every order, and we can accept purchase orders. Contact us before ordering to pay by invoice.
• Names lists: type one example in the personaliser and add the full list in the note box, or email a spreadsheet to hello@lushkeepsake.com after ordering.
• A free digital proof within one working day. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.

3. Approve your free proof.
4. We engrave, check and pack every piece in our UK workshop.

Details

• Card 86 x 54mm, the size of a bank card, 0.8mm thick; engraving area approx. 70 x 43mm on each side.
• Material: stainless steel, laser engraved so the marking will not fade or rub off.
• Available in silver and black. Engraving shows dark on silver, and light on black.

Delivery

In stock. Orders of up to 9 pieces placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are engraved and dispatched the same day once you are happy with the wording. Larger orders are dispatched after your proof is approved; we confirm the date with your proof. Free UK delivery.

Can every piece have a different name?
Yes, at no extra cost. Type one example in the personaliser and add the full list in the note box, or email a spreadsheet to hello@lushkeepsake.com after ordering.

Do you send to home addresses?
Yes. For hybrid or remote teams we can post to each person. Send us the address list with your names and we will quote the postage.

Are these tax-free staff gifts?
Every piece costs under £50 including VAT, the HMRC trivial-benefit limit for staff gifts. The gift must not be a reward for work or performance, so check with your accountant if unsure.

We engrave exactly what you type, so please check spelling, capital letters and dates carefully. Every order is read by one of us before it is engraved, and if something looks unusual we will get in touch first.

Every engraved piece is engraved to order in our workshop. Engraved orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

UK delivery is free on every order with Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually the next working day (Monday to Saturday). Choose Rush Order + Express (£2.50) to have your order engraved first. International delivery is a flat £9.95 per order and usually takes 5–10 working days.

Because personalised items are made for you, they can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged or engraved incorrectly. If that happens we will replace or refund it. See delivery and returns for the full details.
