Shipping policy
Dispatch
Every Lush Keepsake engraved item is engraved to order in our workshop. Engraved orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are engraved and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. In the busiest weeks before Christmas this can take longer, and Express orders are always engraved first.
Custom printing and clothing are made to order by our production partners:
- Printing (business cards, flyers and other printed items): printed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after you approve your proof.
- Clothing: made to order and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Free on every UK order.
- Express delivery: £2.50. Delivered the next working day after dispatch, and engraved first.
Clothing orders usually arrive within 4 to 8 working days of ordering in the UK.
International delivery
£9.95 per order to any country. Usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Clothing orders sent outside the UK usually arrive within 7 to 20 working days of ordering. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, payable by the recipient. Customs clearance is outside our control.
Tracking
We email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (UK) or 15 working days (international), email hello@lushkeepsake.com with your order number.
Working to a deadline?
If you need a gift by a fixed date, order at least five working days ahead on standard delivery. If your date is tight, email hello@lushkeepsake.com and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
