Questions

Can you engrave a whole class or squad?
Yes. Send us the class or squad list as a spreadsheet and we engrave each name on its own piece and keep them in order.

Is there a discount for larger groups?
Yes. Prices drop at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces, and there is no setup fee.

Can we add our school or club crest?
Yes. Upload it in the personaliser where there is a logo option, or email it to hello@lushkeepsake.com after ordering, and we will show it on your proof.

Type your names, dates or message into the personaliser above and choose a font. Add a symbol anywhere in your text. The preview shows how your engraving will sit before you add it to your basket.

We engrave exactly what you type, so please check spelling, capital letters and dates carefully. Every order is read by one of us before it is engraved, and if something looks unusual we will get in touch first.

Want a photo, a handwriting sample or a logo engraved? Where the personaliser offers an upload, add it there, or email it to hello@lushkeepsake.com with your order number.

Every engraved piece is engraved to order in our workshop. Engraved orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

UK delivery is free on every order with Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually the next working day (Monday to Saturday). Choose Rush Order + Express (£2.50) to have your order engraved first. International delivery is a flat £9.95 per order and usually takes 5–10 working days.
