A smart stainless steel name badge engraved with each person's name, their role and, if you like, your company logo. Laser engraving will not scratch or rub off like a printed badge, so one badge looks right for years of daily wear. Engraved name badges for shops, salons, hotels, clinics and any front-of-house team.

No setup or logo fee. Every badge can carry a different name at no extra cost. Choose the order size above; for quantities in between, or 250 or more, ask for a bulk quote.
Corporate and bulk orders
- A VAT invoice comes with every order, and we can accept purchase orders. Contact us before ordering to pay by invoice.
- Names lists: type one example in the personaliser and add the full list in the note box, or email a spreadsheet to hello@lushkeepsake.com after ordering.
- A free digital proof within one working day. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.

- Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF) or type your wording.
- Approve your free proof.
- We engrave, check and pack every piece in our UK workshop.
Details
- Badge 65 x 18mm, 1.5mm thick, with a pin fastening on the back; engraving area approx. 60 x 15mm.
- Material: stainless steel, laser engraved so the marking will not fade or rub off.
- Available in silver, gold and rose gold. Engraving shows as a dark, crisp mark.
Delivery
In stock. Orders of up to 9 pieces placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are engraved and dispatched the same day once you are happy with the wording. Larger orders are dispatched after your proof is approved; we confirm the date with your proof. Free UK delivery.
Questions
How far ahead should I order?
In-stock pieces are dispatched quickly after you approve the proof. For 100 or more, allow a few extra days and tell us your event date when you order.
Can each delegate or finisher have their own name?
Yes, at no extra cost. Send us the list as a spreadsheet and we engrave and pack each name in order.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Prices drop at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces, and there is no setup fee. For 250 or more, ask for a quote.

Personalisation
Type your names, dates or message into the personaliser above and choose a font. Add a symbol anywhere in your text. The preview shows how your engraving will sit before you add it to your basket.
We engrave exactly what you type, so please check spelling, capital letters and dates carefully. Every order is read by one of us before it is engraved, and if something looks unusual we will get in touch first.

Delivery & returns
Every engraved piece is engraved to order in our workshop. Engraved orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.
UK delivery is free on every order with Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually the next working day (Monday to Saturday). Choose Rush Order + Express (£2.50) to have your order engraved first. International delivery is a flat £9.95 per order and usually takes 5–10 working days.
Because personalised items are made for you, they can only be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged or engraved incorrectly. If that happens we will replace or refund it. See delivery and returns for the full details.
