Questions

Is the preview exactly what I get?

Very close. The preview shows your words, font and layout on a photo of the real item, so what you see is what we engrave. Real metal engraving is a touch finer than a screen, and a person checks every order before it goes out.

What if my item isn't listed?

Try a shorter word (for example “heart” or “wallet”), or tap one of the categories above. Still can't find it? Message us with the item name and we'll send you the right link.

Can I talk to someone?

Of course. Email hello@lushkeepsake.com or use the contact page, and tell us the item and the wording you have in mind. We reply Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
