Engraved Corporate Gifts and Desk Accessories: Ideas That Get Kept

Logo-engraved gifts for clients, new starters and long service, plus desk name plates and office accessories.

Logo engraved notebook and pen corporate gift

Branded merchandise often ends up in a drawer. Engraved gifts are different: the logo or name is part of the object, it does not peel or fade, and a well-chosen piece stays on a desk for years. Here are the corporate and office items we engrave most, and how to plan an order.

Client and partner gifts

  • Engraved pens. A classic for good reason. A Parker Jotter with the client’s name or your logo is useful every day.
  • Steel water bottles and tumblers with a logo on one side and the recipient’s name on the other.
  • Leather notebooks and card holders with a debossed-look monogram.
  • Wooden or slate coaster sets for the office or home.

For your team

  • Welcome packs for new starters: an engraved pen, bottle and keyring with their name.
  • Long-service and leaving gifts: watches, hip flasks, glassware and plaques with a personal message.
  • Staff awards: acrylic, glass and wooden awards for employee of the month or annual recognition.

Desk and office items

  • Desk name plates and door signs in brushed steel, brass or wood.
  • Business card holders and paperweights.
  • Phone and laptop stands in bamboo or wood.
  • Pen boxes and desk organisers.

Logo engraving tips

Send your logo as a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) for the sharpest result. Engraving is one tone, so colour logos are converted to a single-colour version; we show you exactly how it will look on the proof. Fine detail works best on metal; for wood and bamboo, slightly bolder lines read better.

Planning a bulk order

Tell us the quantity, budget per head and deadline. We can source the items, engrave each with a different name from your spreadsheet, and pack them by department. See our custom engraving service for examples, or our corporate and bulk orders page.
