If you do not have the item yet, we source it. If you do not have a logo or artwork, we design it. And we deliver worldwide. This guide explains how it works and how to get an accurate quote.
Four ways we can help
Engrave your item. A watch you were given at retirement, a hip flask, a set of kitchen knives, a trophy that needs this year’s winner, a family heirloom. Upload a photo and tell us what it is made of. We confirm what is possible and the price before you post it or drop it off.
Source it for you. Tell us what you are looking for: “40 bamboo coasters with our logo for a launch”, “a walnut serving board for my parents’ ruby anniversary”, “numbered steel tags for our ward equipment”. We find suitable options, send you prices and engrave the one you choose.
Design it for you. Only have an idea? Describe it or upload a sketch and we create a logo, monogram, crest or artwork ready for engraving, revising it until you are happy.

What we can engrave
If it has a flat or gently curved surface, we can usually engrave it. Popular requests include:

What we can put on it
Names, dates and messages are the start. We also engrave your uploaded logo, a logo we design for you, your own artwork, real handwriting, fingerprints, photos, QR codes, Spotify song codes, map coordinates and sequential serial numbers. For bulk orders we can engrave a different name on every piece from a spreadsheet.
Materials
We engrave stainless steel, aluminium, brass, plated and coated metals, wood and bamboo, leather, glass, acrylic, slate, stone and many plastics. If we have not engraved a material before, we test first, and if something will not engrave well we tell you rather than take the order.
How to get an accurate quote
Use the quote form, where you can upload your logo, artwork, sketch or a photo of your item. Tell us:
- The item, or a link or photo of it.
- Whether you will supply it, want us to source it, or want us to design the artwork.
- Quantity.
- Your wording, logo or idea (vector files such as SVG, PDF or AI are best).
- Your deadline and delivery country.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Tell us the delivery country and we include shipping in your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We engrave single pieces and large runs. Bulk orders are priced per unit and the price per piece usually falls as quantity rises.
Can I drop my item off?
Yes. Our workshop is at 222 Kensal Road, London W10 5BN. Please email first so we can confirm a time.
How long does it take?
Simple single items are often ready within a few working days of us receiving them. Sourced, designed and bulk orders depend on the item and quantity, and we confirm a timeline with your quote.
